ಮಹತ್ತರವಾದ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ತಳಹದಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ ಈ ಕುಂಡಲಿನೀ ಸಾಧನೆ. “ಸ್ವಯಂ ಆದಿಯೋಗಿ ಶಿವ ತನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಾದ ಸಪ್ತರ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಉಪದೇಶ ಮಾಡಿದಂತಹ ಪದ್ದತಿಯೇ ಕುಂಡಲಿನೀ ಸಾಧನಾ ದೀಕ್ಷೆ”. ಈ ಕುಂಡಲಿನೀ ವಿದ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಋಷಿವಿದ್ಯೆ, ಪರಾವಿದ್ಯೆ, ಗೌಪ್ಯವಿದ್ಯೆ, ಸಂಧ್ಯಾವಿದ್ಯೇ, ಯೋಗವಿದ್ಯೆ, ಬ್ರಹ್ಮವಿದ್ಯೆ ಎಂದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಜೀವನ ರಥ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಸಾಗಿ ಧರ್ಮಾರ್ಥ ಕಾಮ ಮೋಕ್ಷಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಗಮ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಲು ಮಾಡುವ ಸಾಧನೆಯೇ ಈ “ಕುಂಡಲಿನೀ ಜಾಗೃತಿ” ಧ್ಯಾನ ಸಾಧನೆ.
